Note: We intend to have as many meetings in person as possible, particularly the competitions. Many of the lectures will be by Zoom since that enables us to recruit premier speakers from out of the area. We will record both lectures and competitions so they can be viewed on the web site for members not able to attend that session. If you are a non-member wishing to attend a Zoom meeting as a guest, please send us a request by clicking here.
Competition entries may be uploaded up until 11:59 PM on the Saturday before the scheduled competition.
Note that all meetings are on Mondays except September 12 and September 26 (Tuesdays), October 5 and November 2 (Thursdays) and April 24 (Wednesday).
Import Schedule into Your Calendar
Download the file below and open it on your phone or in your calendar software. Depending on which phone you use, there will be a “Save All” button or equivalent. This will import the entire schedule into your calendar.
Note: several of the judges are still tentative, as is a lecture topic. You should manually correct them in your schedule rather than re-download the Import file or else you will end up with duplicate entries. Also, Jordan’s judging week was switched with Steven’s lecture. This will be updated as soon as the judges list is final.
