Print Submission Guidelines

Print Competitions

Print Competitions are suspended until we are able to meet again at the Livingston Senior Center in person.

1. Print entries require that you register your entries using the same procedure as projected competition images.

2. Upload a digital copy of your print to the appropriate print category using the same dimensions as all digital projected photos (size of 2160 max height by 3840 max width).  The actual print submitted, of course, will have a resolution and size appropriate for the printer used.

3. The registration of prints must be completed by the submission deadline.  New entries will not be accepted after the deadline. Check the web page calendar for deadlines.

4. If you do not have access to a computer, you can call the Club Print Chair no later than the submission deadline, and provide the name of the print. All prints should be delivered by 7:15 the night of the competition and will not be accepted after 7:30.

5. Mountings can not exceed 16 X 20 (light box limitation) or be less than 8 X 10.

6. Fill out a “Club Print Competition Label” and place it on the back upper “left” comer of your photo mounting. Blank Club Print Labels will be available at every meeting and members should pick up enough labels for the next few competitions so that they can fill them out at home in advance of the competition night to save valuable meeting time. 7. No names or signatures should appear on the front.

8. No masking tape, staples or foreign matter on back or the front that could cause damage other prints in the stacks.
